Do you carry items down from a building with no elevator?

Yes, that is part of our normal work. The team carries everything down the stairs. The higher the floor and the heavier the item, the more it affects the price, so please mention the floor in your first message.

Can you clear out a whole apartment?

Yes. We clear full contents — furniture, appliances, boxes and post-renovation junk. A full apartment clearance takes several hours and sometimes more than one trip, so it is best booked a few days in advance.

What happens to the furniture after it is removed?

We take the items out of the apartment and off your property. An item still in good condition can sometimes be passed on rather than thrown away, and we are happy to look at that with you — but we do not promise a specific destination in advance.

Do you also remove items from a storage room, basement or parking space?

Yes. We take items out of storage rooms, basements, roofs, parking spaces and yards. If access is tight or there are internal stairs, send a photo so the WhatsApp price is accurate.

Do you cover the Krayot and the North?

Clearing a whole apartment

This is the most demanding job we do, and we do it often: an apartment that has to be handed back to the landlord, a flat that has been sold, or a relative's home that needs to be emptied. We come as a team, go room by room and remove everything you have marked — furniture, appliances, kitchen units, boxes and whatever is left in the storage room and on the balcony.

It takes several hours and sometimes more than one trip, so it is worth booking in advance rather than on the last day. If there are items you want to keep, simply mark them before we start and we will not touch them. You can also combine the two jobs: we move what you are keeping to the new place and clear the rest on the same day.

Carry-down with no elevator, storage rooms and basements

Most removals in Haifa and the Krayot start on a staircase. We carry heavy items down from any floor, including buildings with no elevator and narrow stairwells, and protect the walls and doorways on the way. We also pull items out of storage rooms, basements, parking spaces, roofs and yards — anywhere something is stuck and you cannot shift it alone.

When needed we take the item apart on the spot so it fits through the doorway; a large wardrobe or a corner sofa usually leaves in pieces. When we are done we pick up after ourselves, so the apartment is left clean.

Number of items — a single piece, a few pieces or full contents
Size and weight — a corner sofa, a wardrobe or a fridge needs more hands
Floor and elevator — whether there is one and whether the item fits inside it
Vehicle access — how far we carry from the building to the vehicle
Disassembly — whether the item has to be taken apart to get it out
